I know this was from last year but hey I'm slow ha ha Karlee, Brindy and I went to the Yo Gabba Gabba concert and had a blast!! I think Karlee danced so much for a full hour that the last hour she was tired and wouldn't really smile for the pictures.

We got creative at Halloween and made crazy cookies.

At my work party Santa came. It took me half an hour to talk Karlee into going to see him. He had candy so that's the only reason I got her to get close to him. He is kind of creepy though!! Creepy santas can be found on KSL!!

Thanksgiving was fun too!! We had a dinner at our house for the first time.

I can't believe Karlee is 2!! She had a fun party at the park in Kaysville and everyone was very generous and got her wonderful things. Thanks everyone that came. It was fun :) Well after I fought the old crabby people for the tables it was fun. Don't mess with me!!! There's a reason I fight claims for a living ha ha ha

On Sunday we had a family birthday dinner party for Karlee and Lily. Karlee is turning 2 and Lily just turned 1. It was alot fo fun and we had yummy food! We had Hawaiian Haystacks, fruit and rolls. Then we had cake and homemade ice cream which was also very yummy. Thanks Ellen!! I thinkKarlee and Lily had fun. Cute kids :)

Karlee's 1st real Christmas. She got way too spoiled!!!

I love the 4th of July! This year our friends Robyn and Robbie invited us to spend it with them in Idaho/Bear Lake. It was so much fun!! We went to the parade in Paris and fireworks in Montpelier (however you spell it ha ha) and we road four wheelers. I think Karlee enjoyed the hammock :) She seemed to enjoy the fireworks but wasn't really sure what they were. That and she was on drugs because she was teething so she was a loopy little girl!!

Cousins

Every year there are 4 of us cousins that manage to get together for one night. We are special cousins because we are all born within five months. So I hear random things all day and I thought I'd start to share them so here we go :)

New Years Eve - I got a kids meal for lunch from Wendy's. In it was a 3D castle puzzle that you can put together. It's 3D because when you are done you actually have a castle. Here's the comment I got on it from a lady I work with named Carolyn:

"How are you suppose to see it in 3D if there aren't any 3D glasses with it?"

I laughed for hours and now we all ask her if she needs 3D glasses to see us :)

I'm so proud of this one!! While our HR manager was out of town I wrapped his office. I had some people help me and boy was it fun ha ha I'm still laughing. He came into work early so that he could make a phone call and had to unwrap everything first. Now he wants the receipt for the gifts he said since he already has an office full of stuff, he just can't find it. :)

Ya know I was kind of nervous about going back. But I was sitting at my desk today and I realized that I work in The Office. Ya know like the tv show. I was on the phone and all of a sudden ping pong balls come flying over the cubicle wall. Then I hear the lady on the other side of the wall yelling because she can't figure out how to use the scanner. She keeps yelling for the IT guy and then she figures out she's pushing the wrong button while screaming stupid stupid stupid ha ha When I finally think it's calm we go to lunch and you've got girls talking about how fat they are and they are eating some kind of diet frozen food thing, oh but then they walk over to Wendy's and get food. Not once but twice. You've got a hobbit answering the phones and our Christmas tree has stuffed animal dinosaurs in it. I'm sure I could go on and on but yeah I work in The Office. Our Christmas party is on Friday and it's casino night so I'll have to let you know how that worked out.

On Sunday our LIttle Waffles turned one month old! She celebrated by having pizza and Pepsi! I can't believe how big she's gotten since she was born. She loves her suck-a-roo (binkie) and she can lift her head by herself without it falling all over the place :) I think she's already practicing for when she's a teenager because she is such a drama queen already.

Wow how time flies! Karlee is now 3 weeks old. She is still cute and she is getting more cute every day! She decides when she wants to sleep and when she doesn't at night now. Sometimes she'll sleep 6 hours and other times she'll wake up every 2 hours acting like I'm starving her. She loves to eat!! She likes to cuddle up on her daddy and sleep too. I can't wait for her to start smiling more and laughing. She smiles sometimes but she's usually looking at the ceiling talking to the ghosts in our attic.

Stupid Lady!!!!

Ok first off it's Monday morning and I'm craving chocolate milk, thanks to my friend Amanda :) So Friday night after work I was driving in traffic and was stopped because as you know traffic sucks in utah. This stupid lady hits me from behind even though we've been stopped for about 15 seconds. It freaked me out! Hello I'm nine months prgnant and you just hit me!! So I pulled over and she goes out and around me and keeps driving. I was thinking...No you didn't!! So I got her license plate number and then started bawling. I'm pregnant so I can cry. So i got off the freeway to look at the damage and call the cops. No damage on my car because she hit the trailer hitch (I love that thing). So the cop got a report and they contacted her Saturday and this is what she said....Oh you'll love this one....She didn't know she hit me, but the cops looked at her car and she had a scratch on her bumper from hitting my hitch ha ha ha Oh and she told the cops she had kids in her car that were distracting her so that's probably why she didn't know she hit me. So maybe I'll turn her into DCFS for not keeping her kids safe while driving. If she can't drive without hitting people maybe she needs to lave her kids at home or quit driving. So kids, the lesson today is don't lie! The cops will beat you if you lie :) Baby Karlee is ok and I'm ok just very pissed still and if I ever see her again I'll make her buy me a chocolate shake! Or as Brindy would know, a fuzzy slushy! Here is a picture of the lady...

Ok so I'm so excited to start putting Karlee's room together. We finally got rid of the entertainment center and the crib is put together I just need to put everything into place and build the armoire. Last night while Scott was at Scouts I thought I'd put my new play pen together that Kevin gave me. It's so cute and she's so sweet to get us that. I think I worked on it for an hour and finally gave up. The instructions tell you how to put the play pen together and then I turned the page and it says oh by the way if you want to use the bassinette then don't put the bottom together!!! What the flip? So I had to yank that apart. Then it tells you to stretch the bassinette over the play pen. Yeah after half an hour I finally got it STRETCHED! And I mean it's really stretched ha ha So maybe tonight I'll attempt to put the rest of it together. So I'm thinking this play pen is never going down! I don't think I could handle taking it apart and putting it back together ha ha This child better like it! At Christmas I'm paying someone to put the toys together!

Pot Gut Bowling

So last week I went camping with the Daddy and Sister. I like to call them Daddy Moose and Gingy Rat! We had a whole bag of M&M's so we shared them with our new friends the pot guts. Well we shared them after we went Pot Gut Bowling. We learned that if you throw an M&M and hit one, they really don't care. So we used about half a bag of M&M's making it rain on the pot guts. Here are some pictures of our new friends. We have baby pot gut (according to our neighbor campers, he was a new born ha ha) and we have suicidal pot gut (he tried to climb into the fire). When we got home I tried to order one from Petco but they wouldn't sell me one. Yeah they'll sell African Bird spiders but not pot guts. Go figure!!!

I am so excited! I finally found some crib bedding that is affordable and very cute and matches my Hawaiian/Jungle Theme :) I wanted a Hawaiian/ocean theme but for some reason all stores think only boys like sea animals. Everything that I found was green and blue. I love green and blue but I think Karlee will like the girly stuff better :) Scott doesn't think she'll care because she's a baby but I think she'll care enough that if she doesn't like it, she's going to stay up all night every night as a punishment to mom and dad. So now I just need to decorate the walls with some cute flowers and I think we shall be done!

So I'm in my thrid trimester and I'm still sick. What's up with that? I got up yesterday morning, ate some cereal and went to church. We lasted about 15 minutes and I thought I was going to die. They were passing the sacrament and I started to feel nauseous. Then I started to get those cold sweats and I thought if I don't get out of here I'm going to end up on the floor with everyone and their dog trying to help me. So when the guys finally sat down I got up and ran out of there. I made it to the front doors and randomly started crying. I seriously think that my body is playing games with me. It enjoys watching me run out of church like a 2 year old running from mommy ha ha Next week I think I'll take snacks and sit in the hall with all the parents that can't control their kids. It will be fun!! If anyone is up for a snow cone this week, call me!!

So baby likes chocolate, I think ha ha Scott bought me some nonparells last night (for those of you who dont' know what those are, they are little dark chocolate disks with sprinkles on top). Well I felt her kick for the first time and so did Scott. She was out of control. It was kind of freaky and it didn't hurt but it was funny too. Other things that make her go crazy is taffy, rootbeer and popcorn. See she's totally my daughter!

Summer Time!

It's almost summer time and I can already smell the corn on the cob, watermelon and of course the snow cones! If the snow cone shacks would open up I'd be the happiest person on this planet. I'm ready to hang up my hammock, grab a good book, some lemonade and rest with baby peanut. You can tell it's spring at my house because the birds are trying to build nests in my dryer vent. The other day I was sitting in the laundry room and I could hear something in our garage. I made Scott check it out and there it was...the dryer vent hose was bouncing up and down and you could hear the birds. Scott got the broom and tried to scare them out but he knocked the hose down instead and we had a bird in our garage. It finally left and we thought there was no way they would come back after that. Wrong again!! I was sitting in my car last night talking on my phone when I saw a bird fly out of the dryer vent hole and land on the side walk with twigs in it's mouth. The dang birds are now building a nest in our dryer vent. So tonight I get to fix it so we won't have to deal with fried robyn eggs after I do a load of laundry :)

So i went to the doctor yesterday and we listened to the heart beat and it's confirmed...it's a baby dinosaur! When listening to the heart beat it sounded alot like this... thump, thump, thump, squak! So I'm thinking Pteroldactyl! ha ha Actually I will find out around May 16th if it's a boy or girl. Hopefully it won't be shy and hide :) I'm 17 weeks, almost 18, and I'm still sick. This baby will not let me feel normal!

The Beginning

Hi everyone! It's been another crazy time at the Munden house. Scott has had pneumonia and I have been dealing with the nauseousness of a growing baby. Hopefully in May we will find out if it's a girl or a boy, but for right now it's our little peanut :) Scott wants to name the baby Billy even if it's a girl and I'm thinking he's nuts! We will not have any farm animal names for our children. If any of you have any ideas I would love to hear them. Just remember Scott works for the DCFS so I can't name our kid anything risky :)
